YES, an unlimited number can be uploaded, as well as any other digital images or video considered essential to the assessment.

Q: Will BTAFile IMS – K12 allow us to link BTAs to our BTA Team Meetings?

YES, in preparation for a Team Meeting, you can link existing BTAs to the meeting record so they can easily be reviewed during the meeting.

Q: What else can you tell me about BTA Team Meetings?

There is a monthly Awareness Training screen that allows you to indicate which of the monthly awareness trainings have been presented/reviewed. You can check all that apply. There is also a Climate screen added where you can indicate which items have been included in the monthly climate evaluations have taken place. You can check all that apply.

YES BTAFile IMS can store your emergency equipment testing such as cameras, lighting, fire pull stations, etc., as well as documenting any work orders placed for repair if equipment is found to be inoperable.

Q: Are there Interview forms for the various persons involved in the assessments included in this software tool?

YES. They are built into application and can be rendered as PDFs. Subject Interview, Witness Interview, Mental Health Interviews, and so on are included. You can also incorporate your own Interview Forms as well.
